Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for Round Roaster.
When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your roaster to temperature to ensure even heat distribution.
The Round Roaster is at home on your stovetop just as readily as it is in your oven. Take it outside and use it on the grill or better yet the campfire as well!
I have been using this since Christmas. I love it. I did some things wrong in the beginning… but as the instructions said “don’t panic.” So I tried not too. The seasoning is getting beautiful Very happy with the pan. Will break in my 10” soon. Wonderful product!

The round roaster was the perfect size for potatoes Anna and just enough to feed 6 adults. Used in a pizza oven, the lighter weight of the carbon steel is helpful with the constant rotation needed. No hot spots and a nice even cook, right out of the box. The roaster goes right to the table with it's beautiful artistic craftsmanship for serving.
